The location was perfect. Just a few minutes away from Tampa Airport. Walmart & West Shore Shopping center is close by & there were tons of restaurants to visit nearby. Breakfast was great as well.

Paying for parking was an extra surprise that was not known to us - bummer. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, and the happy hour was a nice touch.

Breakfast was very good, omelette station is a must! I suggest they add fresh pressed orange juice to make it the best hotel breakfast in Tampa.

I always love staying here. We ended up being placed in another room because the carpet was soaking wet. THe staff was extremely prompt with relocating us. They had another room ready in less than 5 mins. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Beds were really comfortable. Lots of space in the roomfor my 2yr old son to run around.

The check in was absolutely wonderful From being picked up at the airport by Jeffery and getting checked in by John it’s got to be the best we have ever experienced in all our hotel stays

Traveling from texas and let me tell you it was an Amazing experience… breakfast was awesome I enjoyed how they offer egg Omolet freshly made! Rooms were amazing I wasn’t expecting something so big! The pool was also amazing my kids enjoyed it!!! I will definitely be staying here again.

Front desk guy with piercing blue eyes went ABOVE and beyond to make our three day stay with them just absolutely lovely. A1 customer service. Very friendly and helpful.

This location is directly across the street from the mall. Plenty of places to eat near by and is about 15 minutes away from Busch Gardens. I love the fact that they are adding the adjoining rooms to make one nice big suite. You can close the bedroom door while others are in the livingroom watching TV or sleeping on the sofa bed and added a kitchen area (mini fridge and microwave (looks like bigger appliances are coming)). The whole second floor is the lounge/bar and restaurant. You can enjoy your free complimentary breakfast and in the evening you can enjoy your free complimentary wine, beer or house liquor. The wifi was free complimentary.
